How does the Orro Energy Meter reading coach work?
A few times a year we will ask you to provide your meter readings. We will verify whether your consumption deviates from the estimated consumption on the basis of your specifications. It may, for example, be the case that your energy consumption suddenly increases due to the birth of a child or that it drops because children have left home. Should your consumption deviate, we will approach you to:
- Ask you why the deviation may have occurred
- Inform you about the deviation and give you a few tips on how to make savings
- Discuss with you whether the deviation means that another instalment amount should be agreed so that you do not have to pay more at the end of the year.
