How does this work?
Your meter readings form the basis for your energy bill.
A meter reader will regularly (approximately once every three years) read your meter at your home.
In-between you will receive a meter reading card on which you can complete your readings. You can pass on your meter readings to us through the internet, telephone number 088-123 6776 or the meter reading card.
Message reading higher/lower than expected
When you complete readings that are higher or lower than what our computer system estimates, you will receive a message specifying that the reading is higher than expected or that the reading is lower than expected. Check your entered reading and again click submit when you are sure that it is correct.
Realistic estimate
When we do not receive meter readings from you, we make a realistic estimate of your energy consumption based on your consumption during previous years.
